The Library

Capacity: 20-25 People

The Library is a tech-friendly, professional meeting space. Ideal for leadership meetings, team workshops, trainings, client meetings, and strategy sessions, this room comfortably accommodates up to 25 people. With reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, presentation-ready technology, and a quiet, polished setting, The Library supports both structured meetings and collaborative working sessions with ease

The East Wing

Capacity: 50 People

The East Wing is a offers a flexible layout ideal for mid-sized business gatherings. Designed to support movement and engagement, the space easily accommodates networking events, professional receptions, and offsite company gatherings, providing versatility without sacrificing comfort or flow.

The Venue

Capacity: 150-250 People (depending on layout)

The Venue is our largest indoor space. Featuring a full sound board, and an elevated stage, it is ideal for conferences, corporate trainings, continuing education, keynote presentations. The space offers flexibility for a variety of layouts and production needs, making it a strong option for organizations seeking a polished, high-capacity event environment.

Additional fees may apply depending on event needs, setup, and technical requirements.

FAQ

  • All events are given the option to order food and drinks from Local Good Coffee Co. in advance of their event. Contact our program director for details.

    Catering for items not offered by Local Good Coffee Co. may be discussed with the Program Director.

  • We do not reserve the pickleball courts.

  • If the reservation is canceled 15 days or more before the event date, a full (100%) refund will be issued.
    If the reservation is canceled 14 days or fewer before the event date, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative and preparation costs already incurred for the event.

    • 15 minutes for set up and tear down are included in reservation, any additional time will be charged in increments of .5 hours

    • Events need a minimum of 2 weeks to book.

    • Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable 50% deposit (half of total rental fee) and a signed contract are required to secure a date on our books.

This inquiry form allows us to collect the initial details needed to review your request and determine the best fit based on space availability and operational capacity.

Our team primarily hosts events Monday–Friday between 7:30am–5:00pm, when we’re best equipped to support them well and ensure a great experience for your group.

Reservation requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance and no more than one year ahead of the requested date. All requests are reviewed based on availability and staff bandwidth.
