We will be outside on our patio. Please bring a water bottle, clothing you feel comfortable moving and stretching in, and a mat if you have one.

No problem at all! Erika will guide you through the class with modifications and options for all experience levels.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, get settled, and find your space. We will get started at 8:00 on the back patio.
